The pricing for Holiday Lodges varies largely on a number of units being built and other factors such as the log size, how much glass, windows, doors and for the different types of construction such as solid log or Log Panel Homes, however, as a rough rule of thumb, you should budget for approx £550 per m² for rectangular logs and £650 per m² for round log which includes the supply of all materials. Our Competition often quote just the "Supply Only" price, but we offer a complete supply and built and for multiple builds, we will even do the fitting out. Please note that the guide prices shown above are per square metre and include the "Supply and Build" This is very important when comparing our costings with other companies who only give you half the story.

Log Lakeside Holiday Lodge

This large Holiday log cabin would look fantastic in the heart of a Lakeland countryside is on two spacious levels. The ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, utility room, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, large shower room and sauna. The first floor comprises two twin bedrooms, children's play area and a small seating area. The cabin has a traditional Finnish style to it with large barbeque / party patio, ideal for al fresco dining and would benefit from a wood burning lakeside sauna.

We could have made it bigger but this might be just the cabin to bring the customers back to you year after year.
