Three Bed Mobile Home Introduction
Mobile Homes are made to order and assembled on site. The overall style and floor plan are designed, with our architects, to your requirements. You also choose windows, doors, carpentry and external finishes. Importantly, our buildings are made with the same materials, wall thickness, insulation values and structural integrity as any new-build conventional house and are in-effect no different from living in a modern bungalow. NO nasty rendering, mock stonework or flimsy dry-lining, our interiors are plaster-boarded like conventional homes, giving the clean, solid interior and high insulation values that most park-homes lack. These buildings won't depreciate like standard mobiles and living conditions are the same as any new-build house.
Many Mobile Homes are constructed on steel chassis with wheels. This allows the buildings to be moved on and off truck trailers and around site. However, Mobile Homes don't have to have wheels. So long as the structure remains unconnected to the groundwork's, i.e. it's built on steel girders or timber beams and remains divisible and transportable, it will still comply with legislation.

The Konecta House is half completed at the factory phase, the external timber colour which you choose, is ready painted for you using quality Remmers protector. We offer a choice of exterior timber profiles in round or square log finish and for interior finishes, you may go for the traditional all wood look, or perhaps you prefer plasterboard which you can paint in your choice of colour, alternatively you may choose a half wood, half plasterboard finish which is very eye catching. All glass window units used in windows and doors are double-glazed, argon gas filled for complete warmth and quality. The Konecta House delivered to you flat packed, its construction is done in simple stages involving bolting the external floor, wall and roof panels together allowing the building to be completely weather proofed within days. |

The Mardi 70 has been built as transportable buildings and offers a lot more than traditional mobile homes and caravans. Only a simple hard-standing or post foundation is needed, so the whole process from ordering to installation is quick, simple and economical. As 'mobile' buildings they are not subject to VAT or Building Regulations, however, our exacting build standards means that our solid timber cabins are economic to purchase and erect and great for all year round living. |
